« The room... First, I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't disappointed. The room was very dark, occupied by flood lights which when turned on, make you feel like you're onstage.. There's a tiny lamp in the room which was far from the bed to be useful... There are 2 wall sconces above the bed.. Guess what? They didn't work. Decor.. As I said the rooms were very dark.. « I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy.
