'We arrived on a Wednesday evening had a shower. The room was spotless , then had dinner which was a Pie and a pint. Lovely dinner. The staff were excellent, very friendly.'

'Natuurlijk kan een hotel in het centrum van Cambridge geen marmeren badkamers bieden. Logisch. Maar dit was wel heel erg aan de ondergrens van het aanvaardbare. Het café/restaurant eronder ziet er super uit. Het hotelgedeelte is redelijk belabberd. Een doolhof van gangetjes, stinkende kamer. Enkel glas in slecht sluitende ramen. Niet heel best.'

'Friendly village pub with rooms which were converted outbuildings across a small car park. Plenty of outside seating. Good choice of draught beers etc. Menu looked good but we had eaten earlier so didn't visit restaurant area. Staff very friendly & couldn't do more. Sunday eve sun made outside area popular & pub welcomed dogs inside'

'We were given an exceptionally warm welcome on arrival and the warmth continued throughout our stay. I could not fault this lovely little hotel and the icing on the cake was the cuisine, which was exceptional. '

'Fantastic experience would highly recommend this wonderful Inn. We had a wedding reception to attend and booked the Crown Inn to stay. A warm welcome awaited us on arrival, our room was fantastic well equipped and a cosy relaxing place to unwind. We had dinner, was a well balanced menu of traditional pub food. Definitely worth the wait. The shower was really good. Breakfast next morning was enough a well cooked full English, cereal toast OJ and tea or coffee. Will be back '

'The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. The tasty breakfasts were cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. There was a small but pleasant garden with suitable seating areas. The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly. 'set in beautiful countryside. very quiet, room was very comfortable with a wonderful view, and we had a shared kitchen with another room, with microwave, fridge, in which we put some cold items for the next day. hosts were wonderful, very helpful in recommending somewhere to eat that 1st night, the local pub was lovely and great food. and the breakfast that we had the following morning was exceptional, plenty of safe parking. would highly recommend'
