'The hotel is quiet and beautifully furnished in period style. The hotel restaurant has delicious food and a great bar. Everyone on staff, as well as other guests and locals, are so friendly. It makes it hard for us to leave. It's our favorite destination.'

'The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

'Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

'My young family’s stay was a nightmare, culminating in a violent crime and police intervention. My wife and I contacted the front desk five times to report a loud violent disturbance in the room directly above us while my wife and toddlers were trying to sleep. The staff failed to remedy the situation and things escalated. I called 911 twice. Police arrived and arrested someone for assault, EMS tended to someone also. Without my intervention, no help would have arrived. Additionally, the room...
