« Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh.
The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information.
We loved the shuffleboard table on the second floor. My family enjoyed the chance to have fun downstairs and not go back to the room right away.

« There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem.
This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
