'The room was clean and equipped. The view was quite royal. Wi-Fi worked well. I liked parking zone free of charge, gym and saunas. '

'Located walking distance to old Chiang Mia and weekend market. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided ( Soap, shampoo, dish and clothes washing detergent etc. ) There was also water and some drinks and snacks! The condo is well designed and the bed is comfortable. My daughter and I loved the apartment!'

'Your close to many things that your able to walk to. The location is awesome. Easy to get to the beach, shopping etc. very clean condo. The only bad thing is that the property manager or owner is extremely hard to get in contact with him. We stayed January 2024.'

'I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. Highly recommended place '

'Very new apartments, not a hotel in that way, more like services apartments if you do not need the typical hotel amenities, this is a ,very nice place to stay. be aware this is all the way and the end of kao takiab, so you need wheels to get anywhere ..'

'We found the location of the condo very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the BTS, supermarket and a small neighborhood mall. Response to our questions and requests from the property owner was fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend the condo for anyone who is looking for a descent and reasonably priced neighbourhood to stay.'

'No complaints. I stayed in a small bedsit like apartment with kitchenette including a washing machine which comes in handy for the traveller. Many utensils are provided which made my stay more comfortable. The shower is excellent with toiletries provided. I had a room with a great sea view on the 16th floor. The agents for the apartment were very easily contacted via WhatsApp and they responded promptly and were very helpful. A pedestrian exit at the rear of the building leads to a well lit...

'Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. '
