Designed for slow mornings and golden-hour lounging, this guest-ready casita features a welcoming living room with a full sleeper sofa and large picture windows that frame the vines like artwork. Fire up the new BBQ grill for an easy outdoor dinner, then pour a glass and settle onto the private patio, where a hand-sculpted stone tree and string lights turn evenings into memory-making moments.

Wake up to wine country serenity, surrounded by beautiful landscaping that changes with the seasons. The Casita’s intimate outdoor spaces make it a wonderful romantic getaway—whether you’re sharing a quiet morning coffee or toasting under the stars with your special someone. Guests will also enjoy access to a Tesla universal EV charger with 48-amp charging capacity, making it easy to recharge between vineyard visits, scenic drives, and days spent exploring the area.

Inside, the signature kitchenette features granite countertops, curated glassware, filtered reverse osmosis water at the coffee station, and a drip coffee maker—perfect for morning coffee or light bites between tastings. The living area includes a TV for easy downtime, while the king bedroom pairs neutral tones with pops of wine-country pattern and its own TV for quieter nights in. A spa-inspired Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom connects the bedroom with the living/sleeping area for convenient access from both spaces, with a walk-in shower and luxurious soaking tub designed for an easy end-of-day reset.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the home is in a rural setting, so you may occasionally see local wildlife or insects around the property. The home is regularly serviced and inspected, and we simply recommend keeping an eye on children and pets, especially in the evenings. Refunds are not provided for occasional wildlife or insect sightings.
- Peaceful Stays – To maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests and neighbors, parties, events, bands, and performing artists are not permitted.
- Working Vineyard – This is an active vineyard, and normal vineyard operations may take place during your stay. You may occasionally see or hear staff, maintenance equipment, or tractors tending the vines and grounds.
- Sound Monitors – As required by Riverside County, indoor and outdoor decibel monitors are in place (they do not record audio). They help ensure quiet enjoyment for everyone. Tampering may result in a fine.
- Quiet Hours – 10pm–7am daily. Please keep conversations indoors with windows closed during these hours and limit outdoor activity so everyone can enjoy a restful night.
- The owner resides in the main residence.
- The Casita and Villa sit approximately 400 feet apart, giving each space a greater sense of privacy.
- A Level 2 Universal Tesla charger (48 amp) is available for guest use. Please note there is a $15 per day charging fee.
- This home includes a pullout sofa. This pull-out is best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults.
- Please note: the electric fireplace is decorative only and does not provide heat.
- This home does not have a dishwasher.

Parking Details:
- Park up to 2 vehicles in front of each unit. Please do not block the garage.
- RV parking can accommodate 1–2 RVs up to 40 feet each at the same time.
- RV parking is for parking only; overnight stays or sleeping in RVs are not permitted.
- RV parking includes a 50-amp hookup and water connection for $15 per night.
- There is no RV dump or sewer hookup.
- A separate service entry must be used for RVs.
- A Level 2 Tesla charger with 48-amp charging capacity is available for $15 per day.
- Casita guests do not have access to the Villa garage. The garage is reserved for Villa renters.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
