'On multiple fronts a horrible stay, we stayed here for one night before a flight. When we checked in everything seemed fine. The room, a suite, looked very nice upon first glance. After unpacking and trying the swimming pool (pool was rather cold and the jacuzzi was too hot) we noticed our room had a very loud and unacceptable noise in it. There is a lovely shop attached to the hotel for gifts & treasures. Also, a fun “chocolate” sampling and history is presented each evening. The food is terrific, both morning and evening.
