Spring break getaway

Property was well maintained and clean. Keyless entry made it easy for multi family renting and making sure everyone had access. It’s a bit further from beaches due to time it takes to travel a short distance in Florida. All in all it was a great property.

Great Location

Family of 5 and this house was a good size. The area was a great quiet area. The kitchen is a good size, bedrooms were queen size. Would have preferred The master bedroom should have a king size bed as it was not big enough for my husband and i as we need the extra leg room. Some small areas that i did notify the owner was small ants on counter in kitchen and stove that seem to not leave that space after cleaning as well as master restroom counter.

Perfect size, location and amenities! The host thought of everything!

Only 15 minutes to the airport in a well maintained subdivision. Plenty of food and bar options for my group. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well stocked. We had a great time!

Excellent Property with Amazing Hosts

My wife and I are empty nesters and our grown children reside in various areas of the country, so we decided to use this home as a central meeting place to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday together. Shortly after arriving, we realized we had made a great decision. The house was clean, neat, well appointed and is in a nice, quiet, ethnically diverse, family oriented neighborhood. I contacted our host (Vildana) to ask minor questions several times during our stay, and she was always pleasant and super responsive. For example, on Thanksgiving day, my wife could not turn on the washing machine, so I contacted Vildana, fully expecting her to say, she would address it the next day. However, to our surprise, she actually said “my husband Chris will be right over”. A few minutes later Chris arrived and rectified the issue in less than 5 minutes. After he left, I sent Vildana a text to thank her for their prompt response, on a holiday no less, and she said “Your comfort is our priority”. WOW!!! My family and I have stayed at numerous vacation rental properties in various areas of the country, and we have never experienced hosts as appreciative, caring and responsive as Vildana and Chris. If my family and I could give them 10+ stars we certainly would. Therefore, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in the Tampa area.

Awesome Vacation Stay

My wife and I took her daughter to Florida for her 17th birthday and we chose to stay here. We were very skeptical at first because this is the first time we’ve used vrbo. And we don’t regret it one bit! The owner has great communication and makes you feel very welcome. And on top of that when you pull up to the house and enter…your mouth is going to drop…it’s magnificent! It’s much better in person, I must say. Definitely worth it. 😄

Perfect!!

We chose this beautiful home to celebrate our 42nd Wedding Anniversary!! Vildana was an amazing host. The home is truly beautiful and well kept. Neighbors greeted us with a smile and a wave which was very nice to feel welcomed. The pool area is very lovely and relaxing. To top it off the home. is located within minutes of shopping areas and a Planet Fitness Gym which we are members. We could not have chosen a better home and location. Great location! Very clean, amazing communication, immediately comfortable!

For the first time ever the majority of my family spent time together and everyone was happy! Between the gorgeous pool, pool area, the game room, and the indoor seating that immediately made us feel at home, there was constant conversation and interaction. Incredible VRBO Experience!

We made the perfect choice when deciding to choose this home. It was everything we expected and more. Here is a summary: SUPER clean home, well stocked kitchen with (what seemed) new plates, (awesome) mugs, cookware, etc. Clean fridge, choice of drip or Keurig for coffee, dish liquid, sponge, towels...just perfect. The outdoor area with pool is beautiful, quiet and a lovely place to spend the day. There are tons of choices for seating and a very nice grill and bonus....a TV. We had plenty of towels and the bathrooms included shampoo, conditioner, soap and lots of toilet paper (the good stuff - so happy).The home is very close to everything; shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We loved the 'play' room with a pool table, darts and video game. The Host was fabulous; very responsive, friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO and hope we'll have the chance to venture there again. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

2022 Florida Family reunion

The house was truly amazing and I was in contact with the owner a lot with questions and she was very gracious and always answered me right away if not calling me back. I asked to meet her to put a face to her name and we did that. I had extra guests for a few hours one day and let her know the first day we spoke as I hadn't included them in my count of overnight guests which were less than my count, she appreciated my honesty and all was good. I hadn't seen my cousin in 24 yrs & met his family for the 1st time and the house was fantastic for entertaining. I would definately rent that home again.

Excellent communication before and through out with the property owner made it really simple. Super clean space, with little extras to feel right at home. A quick 40 min drive to the beaches and 5 min from grocery and restaurant made this location a great value for the price.
