Me, my wife and kids stayed at this property for a week. We arrived a couple of hours early, thankfully the host let us check in early. There was no welcome packet, telling you anything about the house or things to do. The house was decently clean. We noticed there was a fist print on the fridge door and a punch hole through one bedroom door. The neighboring properties play loud music all night and were screaming and yelling. The filter on the fridge hasn’t been changed. We got a cup of water from the fridge and there was particles floating in the water. Where the water comes out of the fridge, it was full of black mold. There were only three wash cloths, so I had to run to the Publix, which was conveniently located, and got more wash cloths and laundry detergent. There was no broom to sweep the floors. The grass looked like it hasn’t been mowed in a month or better. There is constant traffic up and down the road. Loud cars and motorcycles all day/night long, so you couldn’t get a good nights rest. Clearwater, Reddington Beach and Indiana Rocks were all nearly an hour away from this property. I got a message from the host the evening before our checkout, saying checkout was at 10AM the next morning. The listing said checkout is at 11AM. The morning we left, we were greeted by a rat, running underneath a door under the house. Overall, we are definitely not satisfied.
