  • We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.

    Apartment 6 has just finished being remodeled and is on the 2nd floor. Come enjoy this stylish apartment with new everything including a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The apartment is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit as well as brand new tv with cable and there is also WIFI. The courtyard has recently been made into a secure guest only access with coded gates at each entry from the parking lot and street.
    We have tried to think of every amenity to make this your home away from home.

    Location is ideal for everything in Tampa- 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Raymond James stadium, and the Amalie Arena. Our convenient location to I275 will quickly get you anywhere in Tampa that you need to be. A 15 minute drive can take you to the Tampa Airport, USF,Moffitt Cancer Center and Busch Gardens. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are an easy 45 minute day trip.
    The Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights neighborhoods have experienced a revival the past 5 years and have become home to some of the trendiest restaurants, bars and breweries in Tampa.
    You can "yelp" Seminole heights Tampa  to get an idea of the feel of the neighborhood and I think this one review sums it up pretty well..."it's the perfect balance of grit and creativity. As we speak, this historic neighborhood is in revival. It is transforming from a "has been" into the "now."....." There is still some grit in Seminole Heights as it goes thru this revival, if that's not your thing then you might not like the neighborhood.

Great apartment for the price beautiful paintings all over the walls of the buildings, plants and flowers all nicely situated around the grounds . located close to downtown and the zoo many parks . apartment was very clean and everything works great.

In a jam after losing home to hurricane

I rented this for my brother and his friend after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Lauren, the owner was quick to answer my questions, compensate us when the cable/internet was not working and granted a three-day extension to his check-out date, after a month-long stay. Thanks, for a safe place for my brother to rest!

Nice property, but the neighborhood is slowly catching up. There was a double booking, but the property manager made it right once it was brought to their attention. Liked the courtyard and that it was secure entering the unit! Thank you and look forward to seeing the neighborhood expand and improve.

Just as described

Stayed for Sunset Music Festival. It was a fairly quiet and easily accessible area. Looked just like the pictures. Would probably book here again. No complaints.

Great Location

1st time staying in Tampa and this location was great for sightseeing. From Clearwater to YBor City. Will definitely recommend! Communication with property owner was awesome and spot on.

Suggestions to improve

The mattress was very uncomfortable & tossed& turned all night. We both woke up with painful backs every day. We also woke up early everyday because of the bright light coming in through the window- room darkening shades would help. Sleep was also difficult because of the noisy ceiling fan & air conditioner, but if we didn’t have those running, then we woke up b/c it was so hot. Plus, on the initial reservation, it would not let me continue w/o having to choose the extra payment for property protection. I was forced to choose it even though I didn’t want it, & then I included a note requesting for that protection to be removed, but I haven’t heard back from anyone about that. I am worried that we we’re charged extra for that when we don’t/didn’t want it.

Cute apartment in central location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean and had more utensils and supplies than many provide. The location on a busy street meant considerable traffic during the day and some emergency vehicle sirens. The bed was comfortable. We would recommend this apartment if you don’t mind inner city noise.

Cute, clean & convenient

This apartment was very cute and cozy. We stayed here while we moved my daughter into the Univ. Of Tampa and it was so close to the school, downtown and shopping. Probably better suited for just 2 people but my daughter was fine on futon couch for the few days she was with us. It was also only a short drive to Universal studios as we were close to the highway. Only thing I would suggest is a new mattress for the bed, very squeaky. Otherwise highly recommend.

Modern, well-maintained and affordable

Nicely decorated unit with new furniture and a full kitchen. I stayed here with my kids for a week and loved it. A kitchen full of dishes and pots/pans made it easy to avoid eating out every day. Unit also has its own washer and dryer and 2 TVs, which have cable channels but are not “smart” (no way to access streaming services like Netflix). The inside AC unit was very loud, but the apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

A Great Location Close to Downtown Tampa

The apartment was as advertised being well decorated and equipped as described. Our stay lasted three weeks and after a shaky start we managed to enjoy the apartment for the rest of our stay. The first night we encountered the constant off and on loud vibrating noise from two Air Conditioning Units for other units located right outside the bedroom window. After some negotiation with the Landlord we managed to get agreement to move the bed into the living room and the fluton in the living room into the bedroom. While perhaps a little unorthodox that arrangement actually worked reasonably well for the rest of our stay. The owner suggested we were the first to lodge a complaint about this issue but until the noise from the AC units is resolved, if indeed it can be, future renters should be aware that it exists. Another item of concern was the off again on again wifi specifically for the first week of our stay. While the wifi seemed to be a little unstable, the owner was very helpful in trying to solve the problem. After a number of tries and several reboots we decided to remove the outside cover from the wifi unit. We are not sure if that helped but it worked well for the rest of our stay. One thing which others mentioned was the absence of a dresser which would be a great addition particularly for those staying longer than a couple of nights.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Convention Center. It was a great location with comfortable arrangments. I didn't have a car and it wasn't always easy for the Uber driver to find it, but it was manageable. It worked well for what I needed.

Wow! What a great place.

Everything was perfect. Great place and anytime I'm staying in Tampa I'll be here. Very friendly, safe and comfortable. I stayed in apt #6 and it was better in person then the pics.
