'We loved the updated features (keyless entry, modern mirror, etc) and of course the Seminole decor. While it is close to FSU’s campus, we didn’t think it was exactly “walking distance.” Technically sure, but not the safest walk. Overall a great experience! '

The next day, he said VRBO would charge me because the unit was taken off market and I had not canceled. So I need to pay one day. That was a lie. Host tricked me and used VRBO so instead of the cancellation and refund, Host revised my 21 day stay to a one day stay so I am denied my refund. 'Inside is fully refurbished, in great shape, just as pictures reflect. Check in was easy. Good process. Only concern was exterior. Not the best shape or neighborhood. But once you get inside, that really doesn’t matter. I’d stay here again.'
