'We had booked for 2 nights.We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to «  la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed ....

'Quick check in/out. Friendly and helpful staff... Beautiful room near the pool. Traditionally decorated ... Wonderful breakast served on the roof amazing views or downstairs with AC. Parking available a short walk away but staff helped with cases ....Definitely recommend '

'The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt .'
