« Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

« In my 1BR suite, the couch was attractive but when you pulled it out to a hideaway it was a downhill experience, literally. The carpet shows heavy wear and the bathtub faucet has serious stains -- all of these factors made these feel like something less than a first class experience. Oh, and the elevator had the same (pet?) stain in it all 3 days of this trip. That was gross. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« OK the bad and then the good: Beware the bathrooms in the queen doubles like we stayed in were so small, it was hard to shut the door with yourself in the bathroon, which was a toliet and a tub. Staff had to be reminded several times to bring extra pillows and a blanket, which the room lacked when we got there. They brought pillows, and a towel, and not an extra blanket. OOPS! « The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!! »

« The hotel was very clean. Check in and out easy, breakfast buffet was the usual ones at hotel, ok, and the entrance was inviting. The only thing that made it a 4 was that the room and BR quite tight. I really wouldn't have a problem recommending it or staying there again. »

« Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children. »
