Casa sugli Scogli is located in Fontane Bianche, one of the most fascinating areas of eastern Sicily, in a marvellous coastline setting , where rocks follow white sandy beaches in a ever changing pattern.

The seafront villa has a quite privileged view of the magnificent bay.

The villa , where straight lines and elegance go hand in hand,
has recently been thoroughly renovated with two apartments completely autonomous and independent.

The apartment downstairs is fully dedicated to the guests.

The guests apartment is approx. 1300 sq ft in area, constituted by three elegant “mini suites”, each one opening to a wide area with a large and fitted kitchen, and a beautiful living room attached to the dining hall.

The fully equipped kitchen has plates, glasses, tablecloths, oven, microwave, refigerator , freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, moka and ironing facilities.

The wide and open living space is furnished with modern and elegant furniture, including comfortable sofas and a 55” LCD TV set.
The dining room, as the living room, opens to the veranda and to the small garden.
The whole area is air conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi

The three bedrooms are very elegant and convenient , each one with its own bathroom, independent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms have shower, courtesy kit as well as hairdryer . Towels, bath and beach towels are available for each guest.

A bright veranda leads to a small garden where you can enjoy a glass of the marvelous local wine .The outside area is equipped with parasol, barbecue, deckchairs and small tables for a pleasant moment of relax or a cozy dinner under the stars facing the sea…

The place is ideal for two or three couples : beside the three bedrooms a sofa bed and a small cot for kids are available at no charge.

The location is ideal for people who like nautical sports as well as for the ones who prefer a relaxing holiday on the beautiful Fontane Bianche sandy beaches, all of them within a short walking distance.
