The Hotel was convenient to North Sydney Station. My problem (with a 'botched' Knee replacement) was the steep steps up to the hotel with my overnight bag. I use a walking stick. It was suggested I could have negotiated the steep path beside the driveway to the rear of the hotel, however, I think that may have been more difficult. The staff very kindly upgraded me to a 'view' room which pm was just the most sight to behold. All in all a great stay - I will stay again when I need to consult Royal North Shore Hospital at St. Leonards.

Dated property, outsourced cleaners. My sheets were stained with what looked like blood, the milk in my fridge was open with the flap pushed down, the TV didnt work, I rang for room service for coffee and the phone rang out, then I rang reception and was hung up on. Bottled water is not free!! and I was still charged considering the terrible standard that I paid for. I wasnt offered any compensation and I was going to book again for two more visits to Sydney, I most certainly won't be now. Very disappointing

The hotel is in prime location, beautiful view of harbour bridge and train station is nearby, but hotel’s condition is not good, not maintained properly, the room is not worth that price also staffs behaviour is not good. I am still following up for dollar 50 which they took on the first day as deposit, upon enquiring they talk rudely. Not recommended to anyone, you can get good places in the same price.

The view was great, the staff friendly and if you like to hear the planes roar overhead early in the morning and the trains rumbling underneath the building it’s the perfect place. The bathroom could have more attention too much mold for my liking.

We visited Sydney for a girls’ trip and this was the perfect location! We were close to the train station, the best food court, coffee shops, and more. We were only a 10 minute train ride from Circular Quay. This hotel was so much cheaper than hotels in other areas. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! The only complaint is that the pillows were hard. Other than that, an amazing stay! Thanks for an excellent experience!

I felt that breakfast options for people with dietary restrictions were average. There was a slice of bread in the bacon, which would make it not edible for someone who is celiac or gluten intolerant. Also, the TVs didn’t work at all. You either had to sign up to platforms or already being an existing customer of the service you wanted to watch. Also no pool/hottub. Would be nice after a long day of adventures. But all in all I would come back.

View Sydney was a great spot. Our room had a fantastic view of the harbor. Lots of restaurants near the location, walkable access to the harbor walk, and 1 min walking to the train and other public transportation. We were able to see all of the tourist destinations from this location without a car.
