After a day of beach adventures or local exploring, cool off in your private professionally maintained pool (10' x 23', 3'–5' deep) or relax on the covered poolside porches located on both the first and second levels. These inviting outdoor spaces provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evenings, or keep an eye on the kids while enjoying the coastal breeze. An exterior shower also adds extra convenience after sandy beach days.

Inside, guests will find thoughtful extras throughout the home designed to make family vacations easy, entertaining, and memorable. A storage box filled with pool toys is available for guest enjoyment, while board games, puzzles, children’s books, and other family friendly activities are tucked throughout the home for rainy days or relaxing nights in together.

The home has also recently received several wonderful updates throughout. As of March 2026, all mattresses have been replaced with new plush luxury mattresses to provide every guest with a fresh and restful night’s sleep. Additional upgrades include brand new luxury vinyl flooring in all bedrooms, updated rugs, Roku TVs throughout the home, and a new oversized washer and dryer to better accommodate larger groups and extended stays.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 griddles, large air fryer with grill function, crockpot, KitchenAid stand mixer, handheld mixer, blender, Keurig coffee maker, standard drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, and basic kitchenware, central heat and A/C, televisions, high-speed internet, washer and dryer, range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, all new plush luxury mattresses as of March 2026, iron and ironing board. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc. as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.**
