2026 Notice: The owners of My Only Sunshine have recently installed a new pool just in time for the 2026 summer vacation rental season. The photos and virtual tour have been updated to reflect these changes. My Only Sunshine is a four-bedroom, three-bath home located 0.3 miles north of Surfside Beach Pier and within one block of public beach access. This home features two fully-equipped kitchens, one with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Seven TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king and two queen-sized beds, plus one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include furnished decks, a private balcony with beach views, a sitting area under the house with high-top tables, a television, a gas grill, an enclosed shower, and ample parking, some of which is covered. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
