Welcome to Surfside Beach. The community feel on the beach is noticed by the absence of high-rise buildings which equates to less crowds and more tranquil relaxation.
Our condo is clean and just painted through out, it says beach vacation everywhere. It has an OVERSIZED balcony with the best sunrises and beautiful afternoon skies.
The master bedroom has a queen microfiber bed, wall mounted HDTV/DVD, new hardwood floors, ceiling fan and a private bath. The master also has a sliding glass door that leads to an over sized balcony where the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep each night after a fun fill day in the sun and water!
The second bedroom has two twin beds, wall mounted TV/DVD and a ceiling fan. The second bath like the master has a full tub/shower. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. (linens may be included if needed)
The dining room and family room are open with ocean front views from the dining table, sofa and family room chairs. The kitchen is equipped with electric appliances; the stove, dishwasher and microwave . The dining table seats 6 comfortably to make your seafood dinner a deliciously pleasant event.
The double balcony has the best 1st floor views on Surfside Beach. Looking north, Myrtle Beach appears to be within walking distance. Look to the south to see Surfside Pier which is actually just a mile down the beach. Within site of the pier you will find River City Cafe, Bubba's Seafood, Scotty's Pub, a tee shirt and ice cream shop.
There are assigned parking spaces with limited spaces: No trailers, boats or carts are allowed. Our HOA restrictions does not allow student groups and pets are not allowed. Any violators are subject to eviction.
There is two sets of 6 steps to get to the unit, we are not considered handicap accessable.
The condo's private pool is well maintained, the pool deck has recently been refurbished and we have new chairs . The private walkway to the beach has a nice bench to sit, relax and enjoy the views without getting your feet in the sand if prefer.
The beautiful beach is just steps away, awaiting you to soak up the sun, fun and make awesome vacation memories. We hope to hear from you and will be glad to help with any questions you may have. It's a great day to be at the beach!

dit appartement ligt nabij pretparken en aan het strand in Surfside Beach. The Market Common en Broadway at the Beach zijn enkele plekken die je als fervent shopper niet mag overslaan. Als je liever de natuur intrekt, kan dat bij Garden City Beach en Stranden van Myrtle Beach. Amusementspark Family Kingdom en SkyWheel Myrtle Beach mag je zeker niet missen. Perfect for our family!

This rental was truly above what we expected. It was very clean, right on the beach, easily accessible, safe, stocked with books and puzzles, included a nice pool, and was just absolutely lovely. The kitchen was perfect, and well-stocked if youre going to be cooking. The twin bedroom was perfect for the teens. Amazing balcony. And the rest is super spacious and comfortable. Ive been doing chemo off and on the last year, and had a short break from it this summer. I desperately wanted a relaxing vacation, and this was it! Loved every minute of it. I enjoyed my daily naps in the queen bed, while looking out the balcony door and seeing the beautiful beach. I wasnt able to walk down to the beach often, but utilized the balcony, and it was perfect. The owners are great communicators, too! You absolutely wont regret staying here! :)

Had a wonderful week long stay! The condo was clean, had all the kitchen amenities we needed, and was plenty big enough for our family of 4. The location was great, views were fantastic from the balcony and the pool was just right for our boys (9 and 12). A definite beach gem that we would visit again!

There were no grab rails in the shower and the 2 sets of stairs to get up and down from the unit when you are in your 80s is a problem . The unit itself was just great.

Unit lovely. Parking, while two spaces one was very difficult to park in. Can not imagine how difficult when property full Read the fine print on linens. In my experience this was not necessary in surfside unlike other locations but it was not automatically included

Great SSB Condo!

We just got back from SSB yesterday and had a wonderful vacation at this unit! The condo was clean, well decorated and met all of our needs for a family of 5. The beach was not busy and access to the condo made things very easy. I would recommend staying here to any family of 5 or 6 if you want a nice, relaxing vacation. Tonya was very responsive and proved excellent communication. We will be back!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Clean, well stocked oceanfront condo with beautiful views and a fabulous host! Includes 2 parking spaces which is a plus! Also includes a shed for beach items so you don't need to lug them up and down the stairs. Not ADA accessible because there is no elevator as advertised on the listing. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay!

We really needed a chest of drawers in the second bedroom or space in the closet for our clothing. Did not know we were expected to do laundry and we didn’t have any laundry detergent Apartment was clean and fully stocked. Nice location

Nice property

We had a good stay. Tonya was very helpful! The condo is very nicely decorated and we enjoyed the chairs on the deck. The living room furniture was adequate but could use some ottomans for added comfort. All rooms are small but ok for just the 2 of us. Little things were missing such as extra trash bags and laundry detergent (Tonya took care of this issue). The best thing about this property is the location. The view is amazing! Parking was a hassle as the spaces are very small and not for parking larger vehicles. Per our rating, we found it to be adequate/average but not exceptional.

Beautiful Sunrises await

We just returned from The Coddages II after a most relaxing week . We were delighted with the condominium and it’s amenities. The condo spacious and clean. We had the most delightful view being that we were steps away from the beach. We were awakened each and every morning with spectacular sunrises. This morning before we left, we could not decide which way in the sky look , because there was the sunrise to the left of east and a beautiful lightning show on the west of us! We’re with in walking distances if local restaurants and the pier. We highly recommend this condo for the most enjoyable stay at Surfside Beach! Thank you to our kind hosts!

We loved #106 Cape Cottages II in Surfside Beach. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Tonya was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. View from large deck is perfect! Would definitely return. August 2023

Lotsa beach!

Great property and as described on VRBO. Takes 2 minute s to walk to beach from second floor unit, but is really the first floor since everything this close to the ocean is elevated. This is a quieter beach compared to Myrtle for sure. There is a public access just N of the unit, that can bring in extra traffic, but you will have that most places. Life guards on duty during almost all beach hours during our stay-helps keep an eye on things. Great communication with owner. There is a convenient storage under the condo with items owners have left to use. If you borrow an umbrella like we did the life guard can dig a quick proper hole for it. There are two parking spots, we only used one, the other one under the unit would fit a very small car or golf cart. You can get almost anywhere you need to go via golf cart-rent one way ahead of your stay! Highly recommended, updated, clean, and nice decor and cozy beds! Thanks!
