-No grills/open flames allowed on porch or within 10ft of the building

-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent, have a valid credit card and be present the entire rental period

-No trailers, RV’s, or ATV’s allowed in parking lot

-Parking Pass must be displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)

-Pets are prohibited
