'開業から2周年らしく、全体はきれいです。スタッフの対応は丁寧です。 部屋の清掃は普通です。 宿泊した部屋のキーチェーンは引っ張ったら壁の固定が抜けてしまい、意味を成していませんでした。 再開発の地域のようで、同じ建物の外周には飲食店やコンビニ的な商店があり、不便ではないです。 最寄りの駅からは歩きには遠く、歩きにくい道で、ホテルからの出発とホテルへの戻りはGrabにしました。 これから周囲の再開発で良くなっていくと思います。'

'Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable'

'I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like...

'Het is een net hotel met goede en nette kamers. Wifi in het hele hotel, ruime kamers en goede douche. Wat ons wel tegen viel was het ontbijt. We hadden juist ibis gekozen omdat die normaal goed westers ontbijt hebben, maar dat viel hier erg tegen. De ligging van het hotel is perfect omdat het naast een metrostation ligt en je zo snel en goedkoop in het centrum bent. Maar de omgeving van het hotel is niks, het ligt bij een winkelcentrum dat nog helemaal leeg staat.'

'We (familie met 2 oudere kinderen) hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Maleisië eind augustus 2015. Naast Kuala Lumpur zijn we ook naar Pinang en Malakka geweest. Kuala Lumpur is een bruisende stad met een heerlijke vibe. Het eiland Pinang was de moeite waard om 3 dagen te bezoeken, daarnaast zijn we een dag naar Malakka geweest. 'Property appears to be an apt-hotel...not a proper hotel with full service (ie. no room service, no bottled drinking water or extra towels when requested, only staffed btwn 9-5). Property is a bit dated and could use a little TLC. Nice thing was room was very spacious (2 full bedrooms & bathrooms with kitchen and large living room) and had a great view twds Downtown KL.'

'3/ 3.5 star hotel with 1 star hotel-amenities; 1 soap bar, 1 shower cap 2 mini bath products. Towels were too old, no refilling toilet paper. The bathroom was clean but the carpet floor in the room was very dirty. Executive room was very spacious and location is great. Reception was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Hotel porter does not do much, whether it concerns bags or opening doors. A1 location though and that's the only plus about this place.'
