'Prima hotel/appartement voor iedereen die een goed verzorgd appartement wil (schoon, geen defecten, prima arco, TV, acceptabele internetverbinding, royale parkeerruimte, behulpzaam hotelpersoneel) en een lage prijs belangrijk vindt. De snelweg dichtbij geeft geen geluidsoverlast. Geen voorzieningen dichtbij, dus je hebt wel een auto nodig. Net zoals eigenlijk overal in Amerika / Florida'

'Het hotel staat aan een lawaaierige weg. Het hotel is oud en in middelmatige staat van onderhoud.Er draaien s'nachts grote vrachtwagens op ons terrein, vlak voor de deur. De badkamer is oud, niet vies ,maar wel aangekoekt in de badkuip. Intercontinentaal breakfast is een getoaste boterham met jam, koffie en aangelengde jus d'orange.Dit ontbijt nuttig je in een klein hokje wat receptie heet. Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen,tenzij je budget wil reizen en het hotel gebuikt op doorreis.'

'Als je Fort Meyers wil bezoeken is dit hotel in het oude centrum aan te bevelen. Parkeren om de hoek, en direct bij alle downtown restaurants. '

'Great place to stay but after spending 800plus a night got there around 7pm and was told no for late check out HILTON would have given us till 1 sooo…. Beautiful view but would have to get better price and late check out to get me to come back'

'The hotel has been nicely renovated. Common areas are clean. The breakfast is above average. I enjoyed using the pancake machine! There was only one working elevator, which made getting to and from the room slower than it should have been. Our room was just a little bit musty, and we had to turn the AC down below 70 because it was a bit stuffy and humid. The bathroom was large and clean. The water pressure was strong. Hot water was hot. Towels were clean and plentiful. Beds were comfortable. The...

'The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Taking this into account it still was a disappointing stay. The staff was friendly but I had to wait long before I was helped checking in. The deskclerk was on the phone and there was nobody else to help me. This was around 9.30pm so I could understand that. Checking out though, I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at all to help me. The room was clean and comfortable. The matress wasn't to our liking but that is subjective.'

'The property is under construction, but dyring my 4 night stay, it did not affect me once and did not disturb my sleep. The staff were thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was probably better esrlier in the morning as I ate late. The eggs and coffee were still good late. The room itself was newly upgraded and nice. Overall it was a very good value for the money because it is near downtown and there are a lot of downtown events csusing othrr hotels to be expensive and unavailable. '

'I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.'
