Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was clean, bed and pillows comfy. There was enough towels in the bathroom and the shower and sink had great pressure and hot water. Free parking with lots of spots to park. Front desk was fast, friendly and efficient on check in. The only issue we had was the breakfast. The first day the woman who ran it was ok. The second day my hustband made a waffle and there were no forks. Asked a young woman working there and she just lifted her shoulders she said there was none. I then asked her if she had any metal forks so my huband could eat his waffle and she just shrugged her shoulders. A while later another woman was looking for forks. They were getting low the day before. Whomever is in charge of the breakfast area should know when inventory is getting low, and thus have enough on hand for your guests. They really could care less that we had no forks. It also took them a long time to refill the foods. A better variety of foods like bagels, muffins, english muffins, etc would be a good start. I would definitely retrain the people in the breakfast area on how to cater to your guests. The area outside the hotel was good. A close walk to the downtown area or a short drive with parking lots where you can park. Walking downtown was nice and we went to a play that we enjoyed. Would use this hotel again but was greatly disappointed in the breakfast area.
