« Front desk was there to do the bare minimum. Room was interesting with the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Breakfast waffles were good. »

« Everything was clean and we had what we needed in the way of showering, etc. The staff was all very nice and the breakfast room had windows across it, full of light and everything to eat laid out nicely and clean. The price is so reasonable that it is a pleasure to stay there. I slept very well, too. »

« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket because I get cold in the air conditioning, and they gave me a clean blanket right away. Also, our air conditioner made a loud clanky noise. Once we told the front desk the maintenance crew came to fix it immediately. The breakfast bar is meh. Nothing terrible, but nothing special. We paid in advance to have "free" breakfast that was the same each of the three days..."Scrambled eggs" sausage and...

« They did not have it posted that they no longer had a restaurant or lounge, when asked they said that they were supposed to be remodeling the restaurant but didn't know when they would be open. We went to our room, and it was clean, but there was a warren spot in the carpet, it looked like room has not had a refresh in years. The lobby looked like it had a refresh recently, but they didn't do the rooms... »

« Our room was dark, beds were hard, floor was sticky, and towels were disgustingly stained and thin. Breakfast advertised as being available at 8am but was not. Price and location (short walk to the Convention Center) are very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However we will not stay here again. »

« The pool was not available. Said it was being repaired, no evidence of that. Ice machine was out of order. Room was filthy in places. Terrible noise all during the night.Hard to get and stay asleep. TV watching was terrible because it was nearly impossible to find a channel. »
