« Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4 »

« We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size. »

« The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view. »

« Very cozy, comfortable condo. We were there for a swim meet in downtown St Petersburg which was only about a ten to fifteen minute ride each morning. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and met all or needs and the bed in the Master was so comfortable. »

« Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzügig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der Tür da. Kaffee im Zimmer genug vorhanden. Es sind sogar Badehandtücher vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hier war ein Traum für uns. 2 Tage waren uns...

« Le gite est ideal pour 2 familles avec enfants. Beaucoup d'espace. Un exterieur agreable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Depart de randonnee à proximité. Lac de payolle à 10min. Pour skier prevoir 15 20 min ou navette dans le bourg ( 2€) Merci à Beatrice pour notre arrivée et départ. »

« Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do. »

« This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again. »

« Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay! »

« C’est la première fois que j’émets des commentaires negatifs mais cet endroit est a éviter. Plein de moisissures, de champignons. Toute la vaisselle est en vieux plastique tout éraillé. Meme pas de balai, ni linge pour nettoyer la cuisine. Le 2 ieme lit est en fait 2 sofas qu’on colle ensemble donc tres inconfortable. Rien a voir avec la photo. Cet emplacement ne correspond pas aux standards de VRBO que j’ai toujours rencontré ailleurs dans le monde »

« Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...

« Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight...
