The Space:

Designed for relaxed waterfront living, this home offers inviting indoor and outdoor spaces where families and friends can gather, relax, and enjoy the tropical surroundings. Spend your days lounging by the private pool, grilling and dining outdoors, or heading offshore for a day of fishing before returning home to cook your fresh catch. The waterfront setting creates a peaceful tropical oasis, with a private dock offering easy access to the water for boating and fishing. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, enjoying a meal outdoors, or spending the day on the water, this property offers the perfect setting for a laid-back waterfront getaway.



Bedroom Configuration: This property features one king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom on the second floor. The first floor includes one king bedroom and a separate room with a queen sleeper sofa, which share a bathroom.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guest will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.



Boating & Private Life: There is a 5000lb lift available for one boat. There is a $250 fee to adjust the boat lift bunks to fit your boat’s specific length if needed. Navigating the Florida Keys can be challenging, so please proceed with caution.
