Summary:
A ground-floor studio at The Adelphi for two, with a double bed, a level-access wet room, a private patio and free parking on site. Stratford's centre is a few minutes' walk: Shakespeare's Birthplace is 8 minutes and the station 8. Guests say it's clean and comfortable and easy to walk into town from. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The Space:
One room with a double bed, a smart TV and a dining table that doubles as a desk, opening onto its own private patio.

Sleeping arrangement:

The kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave oven, with plates, cutlery and glasses. The ensuite is a level-access wet room.

The studio is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available if you ask.

Guest Access:
The studio and its patio are yours, on the ground floor, through the main house's front door and hallway. Parking on site is free, first come first served, with paid street parking close by if it's full.

The Neighborhood:
The Adelphi is on Grove Road, at the edge of the old town. Shakespeare's New Place is a 6 minute walk, his Birthplace 8 and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre 11.

Bell Court, 6 minutes away, has Beleza Rodizio, Miller & Carter and MOR Bakery. The Ivy has opened on the High Street too, 8 minutes, and it's already one of the busiest tables in town. Red Hot Mamma is on the High Street, 7 minutes, and Lambs and The Opposition are on Sheep Street, 8. The Windmill is a 5 minute walk. For coffee, Plantarium Cafe and Boston Tea Party are both on Henley Street, 8 minutes.

Getting Around:
Stratford-upon-Avon station is an 8 minute walk, with trains to Birmingham and London Marylebone. By car, Warwick Castle is about 18 minutes and the British Motor Museum at Gaydon about 25.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchenette has no hob or full oven. Parking on site is first come first served.

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £35 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
