Romantische hotels in Straits of Mackinac

'The staff helped me add a night when we realized we would be arriving a day early. The concierge answered all my questions about the shuttle to the ferry in town, which saved us the $15 parking fee at their lot, very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious enough (really good design, I thought). We sat in the front garden for happy hour, and then we walked to Johnny's on 2 for a rather excellent dinner. I would stay here again.'

You could tell she cared about the property. She even informed us they do a small campfire with smores in the evening. 'It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Close to the state park with lighthouse museum and fort michilimackinac within easy walking distance. The free shuttle bus to Sheplers ferry dock was also appreciated.'
