The condo spans three private floors, entirely yours from the moment you walk through the door. The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a half bath and a back deck with seating and a table for al fresco dining. Upstairs you'll find a king bedroom and a flexible bunk room — twin over twin with a trundle/king, ideal for kids or a couple with a child — plus a full bath. The lower level has a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. A small front deck gives you space to park bikes and stow gear.

The unit was renovated and refurnished a few years ago and still feels fresh and well-considered throughout — new flooring and bathroom finishes on every level, a completely reimagined main floor, and thoughtful touches that make a longer stay feel genuinely comfortable rather than just functional.
