« The river is beautiful. The deck seating is set up in such a way that it is easy to just relax. One of the best features is the awning that gives wonderful shade as you watch canoers go by or just enjoy the view. Another real advantage with the property is how easy it is to get information that you may need. "Can you tell me where there is a pitcher?" Got an answer back right away. And it was right where they said it would be. I hated to leave and hope to be back. I highly recommend this home. »

« I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air...

« We stayed at the Blue Pearl during a long weekend trip with our family of four and our dog. The house and property are beautiful! We had all the amenities we needed during our stay, and loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal-walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to Luray Caverns. We enjoyed pizza from the Italian restaurant around the corner on our first night. Our family is looking forward to our next...

« We were a small group of friends catching up over a reunion weekend. The house was perfect for us- clean, spacious, and with a very well stocked kitchen! Even better than the photos.The area and property itself are lovely, very quiet and peaceful. We even saw some deer walk by the dining room windows! We enjoyed the board games and the screened porch as well. Great communication with the host and an easy check-in/check-out. We are already hoping to stay again next year! »
