We were told there was no room available when we checked in and that we would have to pay more for the suite. when we declined and asked for a manager, we waited for an hour and were finally given a room. the room was filthy, sheets were visibly dirty, and there were dirty rags all over the room. We were given another room which was still not up to expectations. We spent over 2 hours to check in.

There were no ice machines!! We really wished the pool was open till at least 10 pm. Was a lot of walking for my disabled parents even with their walkers. Did not like the fact we had to pay for parking. There weren't very many machines compared to the surrounding casinos.

The property is next door to the Blue Event Center. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Is a close walk to the 'free' transist area that can take you down to stateline. Perfect location for everything.

I enjoyed staying at this property but I wish I could’ve used my Bally’s info from the Shreveport, La location. I have credits on that account but Lake Tahoe hasn’t merged with that property yet. Need to have a microwave in the rooms too because when we dined at the restaurant Cafe de Soul, our meals were so plentiful that we had to get a to go box to eat later but there wasn’t a microwave to heat up our meals. So we decided to start sharing meals so we wouldn’t waste or have to throw away food.

Las sábanas estaban sucias, en el baño no funcionaba la luz del toilette, y no había suficientes productos de aseo personal como solo habían 3 Kleenex tissues, literal. Le comunicamos este incidente a la recepción y solamente sonrieron y dijeron que ellos estarían molestos si esto les hubiera pasado a ellos. Además hicieron que me inscribiera como miembro rewards y me darían un descuento en la cuota del parqueadero lo cual tampoco hicieron. Jamás volveré a hospedarme aquí.

I like that it had a hot tub but didnt care for the kids that were in it screaming they should have a separate hot tub for adults
