Magnificent & Spacious Condo for All of Your PSU Vacations 4.5 Miles from Campus

The condo has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and is located close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, the CATA bus line to downtown, and the 322 by-pass. It is 5 miles from downtown State College and 4 miles to campus - with easy access on 322. The condo can sleep 8-10. There are 4 queen beds and an inflatable queen air mattress upon request. A cook’s dream kitchen - spacious kitchen with large kitchen table and chairs, brand new GE slate appliances (microwave, stove, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) granite island, and fully stocked with a variety of cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting boards, silverware, glassware, plates, bowls, & coffee maker. There is a deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill and a small yard. Each bedroom has a new queen mattress and 1 of the 4 bedrooms has a flat screen TV. Bathrooms are recently remodeled and all towels, linens, and pillows are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and comfy couches. There is plenty of parking, including a two-car garage, two driveway parking spaces, and an extra parking area. The condo is professionally cleaned using CDC guidelines/sanitation measures prior to your arrival.

Great Spot for PSU game

We had 7 people comfortably stay at this townhouse. The pictures were accurate. Location was great as we could walk to the local restaurants and Uber to game. The area was residential so nice and quiet for us. The owners provided easy instructions and were available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Football weekend

This house is close to grocery stores, restaurants and has a nice deck and small yard. Parking for multiple vehicles was also a plus for us. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and the owners were very accommodating and got us back into the house ASAP. There was enough space for four adults and five teen/preteens.

Things we found to be wonderful: Prompt and helpful communication with host - Allison went out of her way to check on a question we had. Comfortable beds on each room (and we are picky about this), great water pressure, easy access to shopping, restaurants, and PSU campus. While the following did not take away from our comfort or positive experience it should. noted that the carpet is tired and soot on walls from candles or other is noticeable. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this roomy, quiet rental.

Great Game Weekend Accomodations

Great place for an alumni reunion weekend. Very close to campus and other ammenities. The house was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive and organized. Pleanty of parking. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Having linens included was very nice. The key was in the lock box as promised. Flat screen TV in family room was great gathering area. Alison is great to work with and responsive to inquires. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. the commute to downtown and the stadium were easy to navigate and accessible to transportation!

Alison made herself available for all questions during our stay. Beds were made, fresh towels provided, and the place was clean upon arrival. We slept 10 adults between 18 - 72 comfortably, and there was plenty of space for us to relax when needed. Commute to grocery store, downtown and stadium was as explained. This was a way better option than a PSU hotel room.
