Hôtel Centre-ville de Harrogate, Harrogate

« Be more clear on Parkin arrangements yes and limits of room equipment. Room too stuffy »

« This is a nice older hotel, but is missing a few touches. The overhead light in our room was broken. We reported it and the desk staff did ask if we wanted maintenance to fix it, but honestly for the price, this should have been picked up and repaired before hand. The staff all work hard and are pleasant; breakfast offers a reasonable selection of hot and cold, and I did appreciate the great selection of hot beverage options in our room. I think there are likely better hotels in Harrogate...

« Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price! »

« This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have...

« On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when...

« Hôtel au charme anglais, très bien situé, proche du centre ville. »

« Charmant et très bien situé »

« The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days. »

« Good central location, nice clean apartment and free parking a bonus »

« Venue pour un salon à Harrogate nous avons réservé dans ce petit boutique hôtel et je suis tombée sous le charme. Notre chambre était confortable, grande et joliment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »
