'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'A perfect little boutique feel hotel/motel. Front desk staff was super pleasant and check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was just a little too strong of room freshener. Pool was heated and had plenty of seating and shade.'

'I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!'

'Wij hebben hier een zeer prettige ervaring opgedaan. Alhoewel dit hotel dicht bij een luchthaven is gelegen heb je hier totaal gaan overlast van. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en geven je echt het gevoel dat je op vakantie bent. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die dag tripjes willen maken in en rond Tuscon.'

'Very quiet and peaceful stay in a comfortable, clean and uniquely decorated room that feels very fun and personalized compared to your usual hotel room. Check-in was very easy, coming in the form of a text message to your phone, containing codes to unlock the front gate, as well as your room. There are only a small handful of rooms available (maybe 6?) so the location is never crowded or noisy, which is appreciated. Overall great stay here, and would definitely book again!'

'I chose Residence Inn to have access to a kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave, heating surface, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher! The staff was friendly and helped me sign up for the frequent stayer program! The hot breakfast every morning was delish!'
