'This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The...

'Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.'

'The Galleon House is so quaint and authentic, that we wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else! It is definitely a hike up a hill of steps, which fits into the location perfectly. The room was clean with a great balcony, air conditioning, adequate amenities for an island getaway, perfect options for continental breakfast with nice strong coffee, a refreshing pool, beautiful flora with lizards and a kittie mascot welcoming us each morning, a great central location, and very helpful, wonderful staff. ...

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'
