• No Pets Policy: To maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests and comply with community guidelines, pets are not permitted. This includes emotional support and service animals. Undeclared pets will result in a $750 non-refundable fee plus any additional damages.

• Security: Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety and monitor outdoor areas only—your privacy inside the home is always respected.

You’ll have private, exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, including its private entrance and screened porch. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

You’ll also have resort access to Bermuda Bay & Racquet Club’s shared community facilities, including:
• Two heated outdoor pools and a hot tub
• Waterfront bay beach access
• BBQ grill and outdoor dining area
• Bikes and beach essentials
• Outdoor playground

These resort-style amenities are shared with the community and are not private to the condo.

Settle into a bright, renovated coastal retreat with a relaxed, cohesive design and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy time together.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests:

Inside, you’ll find a 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, cable, and a sound system. The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation with granite countertops, stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and dining table.

For added comfort, the condo includes central air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and a free in-unit washer and dryer. Families may request a Pack ’n Play and high chair; children’s books, toys, dinnerware, board games, and outlet covers are also available.
