There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing full meals or fun beach picnics. There is a washer/dryer stack right in the condo, no need to overpack. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada in the condo. The complex offers a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grill. The town of Indian Shores has a number of restaurants and activities and is nearby to major shopping and eating areas.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
