The living area is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day exploring DTSP. The kitchen is equipped for simple meals, morning coffee, or enjoying takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. The bedroom area offers a restful place to recharge, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for travelers who like to pack light or stay a little longer.

With dining, shopping, coffee shops, nightlife, museums, waterfront parks, and local favorites just minutes away, this Urban Retreat makes it easy to experience the best of Downtown St. Pete while still having a calm, comfortable place to come home to.

Guests will have full private access to the entire unit during their stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy the space as your own.

Access is provided via a secure self check-in process for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique access code, will be sent prior to your stay. If you are arriving early, please reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Everything is set up for a seamless experience—just arrive, settle in, and start exploring DTSP.

This unit is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access.

As with most Downtown St. Pete locations, you may experience some typical city noise from nearby restaurants, nightlife, and street activity. For your comfort, a sound machine is provided to help ensure a restful stay.

Please Note: A construction project is currently underway across the street from the property. Construction activity is limited to daytime hours and is not permitted after 6:00 PM or on Sundays. At this time, we have also not observed construction activity on Saturdays. While you may see construction activity during the day, we want to provide this information simply so our guests are aware of the project prior to arrival. Construction schedules and activity are outside of our control.

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.

Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)
