    The Space:

    Come back to comfort at Pink Flamingo after a day exploring Dunedin! This inviting cottage puts you in the heart of downtown, with a relaxing outdoor hot tub and convenient amenities for your stay.

    The home accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway.



    Enjoy the bright living room, comfortable seating, and flat-screen TV. A small dining table seats two, while the kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cabinet storage. Please note that there is no dishwasher. A washer and dryer are available.



    Outside, unwind in the hot tub and enjoy some downtime between outings.



    Downtown Dunedin offers plenty to explore, from its Saturday farmers market to festivals, craft fairs, art exhibitions, and community entertainment. Pink Flamingo provides a comfortable base for enjoying the town.

We stayed at the Pink Flamingo and it was truly stellar!!! Very clean rental and amazing outdoor space. Loved the closeness of everything we wanted to do and within walking distance. Grateful for the kindness and ease of communication during our stay. We will definitely be back again soon!

Pink Flamingo was perfect for the two of us! The furniture arrangement was a little odd, but we worked it out. One note: There is a small Keurig and a full drip coffee maker. Beds are comfortable, and laundry is easily accessible. Lack of cable channels made the TV useless for us, but the large table was perfect for playing cards when we had visitors. Again, pretty much perfect for the two of us.

Great location a short walk to restaurants and breweries. The house was very clean. Backyard was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Pink Flamingo! The house is quaint and right in walking distance to practically everything in downtown. The host was very kind and responsive. Two things I was unsure of when we rented the property was whether there was a dishwasher or tvs in the bedrooms. Neither were a make or break for us but just in case anyone wondering reads this review there isn’t a dishwasher but the host is kind and provides with soap to get you started and with what little dishes we used it lasted us the whole trip. There are no tvs in the bedrooms however the living room tv can be seen from one of the bedrooms. We did not utilize it but it doesn’t have a nice little outdoor space to grill and such. It was such a sweet little stay and I’d recommend others to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time in Dunedin, the Pink Flamingo was located in the middle of everything Dunedin is famous for. We took walks with the dog in the neighborhood, walked around the corner for dinner and drinks, the new shopping area was a very short ride away at the pier. A few blocks away was the great downtown shopping area. Owner was responsive to any questions we had, we both talked about coming back with our respective families in the future.

No dishwasher,air conditioner went out for 3days -they brought in a portable unit that was so loud you couldn’t here the tvThey offered us another h unit in Indian rocks but couldn’t get us a place in Dunedin. I think they made an effort to help but it was a poor vacation for us

Great location and house. Was great to never worry about parking especially in the amazing downside. Only down side was the rule of not more than 4 people on property. We were in town visiting our in laws and it would have been nice to be able to chat with them in the back yard area even since we always met downtown area for dinner anyways. We would definitely stay again. Our kids love the “pink flamingo”

The cottage was clean and as described, and the management company was very responsive. I would recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the area. We enjoyed the laid back vibe of Dunedin. We loved dining at Lucky Lobster, The Living Room on Main Street, Fish Camp, and our favorite lunch places were Carvor’s Fish house and the Wild Iris.

Downtown Dunedin- Perfect Location

We were visiting area and wanted to stay in town. This is PERFECT location if you want to be close to it all. You can walk anywhere all of the restaurants, bars, shops!!

Great for our small family

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon with our medium sized dog. Location was great for walking around Dunedin. It seemed that the fence had some damage from the recent hurricane, but it was still safe for our dog to roam freely in the backyard. Hot tub was great too.
