Due to past Hurricanes: The elevator modernization project in Tower 2 has been completed. Both required inspections have been successfully passed, and the elevators are now fully operational for guest use.

Please note that the Ocean Sands resort Tower 1 is undergoing a structural and garage repair project from August through December 2026. While the major garage closures and initial work are scheduled for Tower 1, guests staying in Tower 2 (where Parrot's Cove is located) may still experience noise, dust, and vibrations during daytime working hours.
