Our stay had several issues that unfortunately made the experience disappointing.One of the main reasons we booked this property was because it advertised a **heated pool**. After checking in and getting settled, we noticed the pool was extremely cold and asked the host about it. At that point we were informed that the **pool heater had broken the day before our arrival** and that they had contacted a pool company to fix it. Unfortunately, the heater was never repaired during our entire stay, so the pool could not be used as advertised.We also arrived to find **two bed frames broken**, which required repair the following day. In addition, the **toilet in the master bedroom was not functioning properly**. When it was finally looked at about halfway through our stay, we were told the filter was clogged again.To be fair, the **house itself is spacious and nicely decorated**, and it has the potential to be a great place to stay. However, several key amenities were not available or functioning properly during our visit. The heated pool was a major factor in choosing this property, and not having it available significantly impacted our stay.After returning home, we reached out to the host to discuss the issues and request a resolution, but **we never received a response**.Overall, while the home has some great qualities, our experience did not match what was advertised and we had to work around multiple inconveniences throughout the stay.
