The location was perfect for our family. We barely used our car! Perfect beach access, great restaurants, very easy entrance and exit, and excellent contact with VRBO owner (as needed)! We would stay here again for sure!!

Very nicely decorated condo with easy beach access. The bed was tall, a little hard to get into (I'm 5'4), but it was comfortable. Check in was easy, close to grocery store which was nice and easy to drive into St Pete. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit met our needs and the space was exactly as described. Overall unit was very clean but with a tile floor it did not appear that it was washed as there was some sand (minor). The only negative was that we had guests visit us a couple days for a few hours and there was no parking for them. Had to pay 5 hour at public lot

Great location just steps from the beach. Pool was open if you didn't want to go into the Gulf. Unit was nicely furnished, kitchen well set up with all the dishes, pots, pans and accessories. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus.Would recommend to others.

Holiday getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway from the Michigan winter weather! We stayed here for 5 days in the glorious Florida sunshine. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Sweet St.Pete

I looked at lots of Tampa locations and landed on St. Pete Beach and it was perfect! Calm, quiet yet alive and everything I needed w/in a couple blocks. I didn’t rent a car, I rode a bike up and down the coast and this Condo was an amazing location right in the beach! Beautiful sunsets off deck, and private pool, hot tub and private gate was tremendous!
