Luxury Beachfront Condo with Spectacular Sunsets!

Look no further for your beach oasis getaway! This completely updated unit is on Sunset Beach in the town of Treasure Island. Located within walking distance of restaurants and shops, this second floor unit sits directly on the beach so all you have to do is take the elevator down to the white sandy beach to enjoy a swim or lounge around. Sunset Chateau is an elevated building and covered parking. Away from the main crowds and noise, the beach here is quiet, calm, and beautiful. If you want some excitement, you can walk to Caddy's on the Beach a few minutes away to have great food and listen to live music nightly. John's Pass Village is less than 15 minutes away for more entertainment and fun or downtown St. Petersburg for more upscale dining. The Annual Sand Ovation is held at Treasure Island Beach, walking distance from the condo. Great place to see professional sand sculptures with live music, food, and entertainment for the kids.

Watch from the large windows in the living area which run the width of the unit, giving you expansive ocean views. It is a relaxing area where you can fall asleep to the lullaby of the ocean waves. Enjoy a drink on the open balcony area while watching the sunset. You have 180 degrees of unobstructed view of the gulf! Turtle nesting occurs annually on Sunset Beach, so you might get a glimpse of this fantastic event.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and dining table for four. This beautifully furnished unit include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a wine cooler. Spacious bedroom with a King bed and plenty of storage. Shutters throughout, 2 flat screen TVS, and a Queen sofa bed for 2 extra guests. The bathroom has a full body shower. All linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided. There are also beach chairs and a sun umbrella. Internet, WI-Fi, and cable are available. Everything you need on a vacation is right at your fingertip. Just bring your swimming suit and sandals and be ready to enjoy some island time.

John's Pass is a fishing village boardwalk home to very popular restaurants and shops including Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, the Friendly Fisherman Restaurant, Sculley's, Hub's Raw Bar and Tavern, Hooter's Restaurant, Casa Havana Cigar and Cafe, Meyer's House of Sweets, along with several other ice cream, candy and souvenir shops. Hubbard's Marina offers a full range of water activities including deep-sea fishing charters and sunset cruises. Boat/jet-ski rentals, parasailing, paddle board rental companies are also available from the boardwalk.

Treasure Island is 15 minutes from downtown St.Petersburg, 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 1 & 1/2 hours to Disney World. No pool at this time, it’s under construction.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Amazing!

This condo is nothing short of wonderful. The pictures do not do justice. Check in was seamless, communication was great, very very clean and comfortable with just steps to the beach. Covered parking was great. The elevators had a little issue but the stairs were close and easy. We will be back as soon as we can!

Updated decor with professional design

This unit has updated decor with professional design and is conveniently located on the second floor. Plenty of fun in the sun with long walks on the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and dolphin sightseeing tour.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

This condo is on the beach - which is what we wanted. No crossing the street to get there. The area isn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach but is close enough to take a quick trip up there. The host (Sandra) is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this condo. We’d stay there again.

At the beach with no beach!

The condo unit itself was fine…with the exception of the bed….very lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a water leak in the bathroom, but the owner had that taken care of in a timely manner. The biggest disappointment was the beach….it was closed the entire time we were there! We were looking forward to sitting on the beach and enjoying the water…we ended up purchasing 2 lawn chairs and sitting beside our door to ‘enjoy’ the water.

Beautiful view, very responsive owner

This condo was just as listed and very clean. We did have 1 issue the microwave didn’t work and the owner replaced it with a new one the same day I called to let her know about it. For me and my wife the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, the only slight negative I have to say about the condo is that the mattress in the bedroom was on the soft side, other than that 5 stars.

Awesome location

Loved the location and the fact it is right on beach. The only downside was they were painting the floors and we had to be out of room by 8 am one day and couldn’t return till late. Oh and the nosey lady down from us that thought she ran the place. Other than that- would boo again

Perfect Location For Our Needs

Great Treasure Island location. Easy check in. Had an issue with the shower( which was taken care of), and Sandra the owner of the unit was very accommodating in her responses. We hope to get back there again as soon as we are able to.

Great location with loads of amenities

The condo is a perfect size for two people who enjoy space. We were particularly impressed with the amount of closet and drawer space in the spacious bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our own meals, and we appreciated that there were a few staples left by previous renters. Sandra was very quick to respond when we experienced a maintenance issue and did everything she could to have it fixed quickly without interrupting our vacation. Due to the weather, we didn't spend any time on the beach or at the pool, both of which looked amazing. This condo is exactly as advertized and we are happy to recommend it to others.

Weekend Getaway

Great property for a weekend getaway right on the ocean. Some insights I do have is to upgrade some of the technology as we all love to watch Netflix at night and there's not a smart TV to do it on. There is a iphone hook up in the bedroom but only for older devices with the old charging port. Does not support newer models. Also to have a better vacuum or to have a broom and dust pan in the unit to help with cleaning up. Other than those two things, it was an amazing unit and I would defintatly rent again. Thank you.
