Welcome to Lemon Tree Cottage at White Sands! This charming 2 bedroom/2 bath beach cottage is literally just a few steps from the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Capturing the atmosphere of old Florida, the front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm breeze with a mason jar full of ice-cold sweet tea. Inside has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to make the perfect pancake breakfast. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa with a matching chair and a smart TV. The 2 bedrooms ensure that there is room for everyone in the family. Outside, there is a private area with an outdoor shower to wash the salt and sand off of the seashells you collected. Quaint, cute, and close to everything, Lemon Tree is ideal for a family beach escape.

Kitchen:
Stainless Steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Coffee pot, toaster, basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, oil, coffee, and coffee filters are not always available.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: One parking place is available for this cottage in the driveway on the west side of the cottage. There is NO guest parking.
