Many Updates - Home away from home Emerald Isle 504 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front corner vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 5th floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach.

Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-op laundry on premises.

No smoking. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. 14 Night Minimum required. One parking place. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 persons (including infants).

Excellent in every respect! Immaculate, great views of the gulf, right on the beach, super comfortable bed and living room, great kitchen. North Redington Beach is both quiet and laid back but convenient to restaurants and stores. I would definitely book this property again.

Great, updated condo!

This is my second stay at the Emerald Isle. My first stay was in a 3 bedroom and this unit is a 2 bedroom. This unit is updated with a beautiful kitchen and updated appliances. The bathrooms are also recently updated. The unit was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The deck is beautiful with great chairs and views of the beach and sunsets! The only suggestion I would make is I think it’s time for a new mattress in the primary room. The mattress slopes where people sleep on both sides. It wasn’t uncomfortable but definitely not a flat mattress. Next year when I visit, I will definitely be booking this unit again!

If you are looking for a relaxing experience, Ram Sea is the way to go. It is the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shops and beautiful ocean front views from the room. Unit was large and up to date while management was accessible when needed.

This condo delighted us!.

The condo has been remodeled and is well maintained by the owners. The kitchen is well stocked and the king bed has a new mattress as of a few weeks ago. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the sunsets, walks on the beautiful beach and delicious dinners out. We will return to this condo! It has everything you need for a great vacation.

Beautifully decorated and appointed with EVERYTHING you’d need, this unit has it all. Exceptional view, right on the water. Can’t get closer, and the sand is perfect. Clean and complete, I’m so glad we chose this opuntia on this beach. We love how the owners thought of everything.

This condo was really nice. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed at many gulf side condos and this one had everything you could need. I really appreciate that some staples are left in condo like salt, pepper, olive oil. Management company was great and really accommodated my sister well who had an evening flight on our departure day.

We had the best time, we absolutely loved our condo. The kitchen is a teensy tight but that’s truly our only complaint. It was well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. It was clean with the perfect beach feel. The only thing we feel could use some updating is the key entry system. It was very hard to get in and out of our area bc the keys wouldn’t work on the gates very well. And the elevator needed some work while we were there. But these are minor things in the big scheme of what vacation is all about. We have all ready booked for next year in the same condo and we can’t wait.

Aside from the aftermath of the red tide that literally washed up thousands upon thousands of fish onto the beaches and eventually made them unswimmable, the property was amazing, the beaches are quaint and lovely and the views from the balcony are gorgeous.

Beautiful Condo- Not What I expected

The condo was clean and fully stocked. Beds were conformable and the kitchen looked newly remodeled. Property is clean and maintained well. However..... This unit maybe considered ocean front, but with it being recessed makes it more like a side view than a premium ocean front end unit. The elevator is extremely slow. Probably needs maintenance. The rental management failed to mention there would be construction on a condo next door to us, which the construction was noisy. Also while on vacation the roof was being replaced. I understand maintenance must take place but would have liked to have been aware of it so I could have decided whether to stay there or not. No fault of the owners or rental property management....but the beach condo/motel next to us (our corner unit was adjacent to it) was extremely LOUD, music, partying, and over 20 kids screaming the entire week. Of ALL the places we have stayed along this stretch of beach this was our least desirable. Bottom line we will not be staying at Emerald Isle again. As a credit to the owners this unit was in very good condition and beautiful.
