It is likely the pool won't be available until Summer 2026. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. There is public beach access on the south edge of the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made.

This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval. Approval timelines can vary and we are unable to guarantee a faster turnaround than 30 days before arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

The covered common area includes a bbq grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Outside there are two additional large bbq grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to supermarket, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump's, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
