Clearwater Beach Luxury Waterfront Townhome

Luxury, end unit, waterfront town home with private elevator and garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV's. Master suite has large corner tub and king size bed. Bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized mattress and the other bedroom upstairs has a queen. We added a bonus room off the garage that has two twin bed.

Granite counter tops and volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room. New TV's in each bedroom and living room. WiFi is complimentary.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool.

We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion.

This property is located on Bayway Blvd in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. There is a miniature golf across the street.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad aan de baai. Het huis is schoon en voorzien van alle noodzakelijke gemakken. Het ligt dichtbij het strand en we zagen zelfs regelmatig dolfijnen.

Had a great week at this condo on Clearwater Beach! The host was prompt with all messages and directions. Everything is within walking distance that you would need. Beach was a short walk. The condo itself was very nice with an elevator that saved a lot of trips up and down when moving things in and out. The only issue we had was with the kitchen. The refrigerator was missing all shelves in the door so the stuff we could fit in the fridge was sort of limited. Also, the top stove seems a lot hotter than the temp it was set to and the cooktop didn’t seem to get nearly as hot as it should.

Great property in a great location in Clearwater Beach

This house was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and a baby for a couple of days. Walking to the beach was quick and painless. Easier than trying to park there. Mini golf is right across the street. Ice cream and restaurants are in walking distance. We love this part of Clearwater Beach. We'll stay here again. Lori was a great host.

Amazing in EVERY WAY!!!

From the outside through each of the three occupancy levels, this property invites you to enter, relax, and enjoy! Tile baths (3!), hardwood floors, granite countertops, state of the art appliances, it’s like a 5 star hotel, with all the comforts of home! Did I mention a jacuzzi in the master suite?? And the views!! Each morning , we set on the deck and watched dolphins swimming and playing in the bay!!! And comforT level was astounding!! Very comfortable beds and pillows, more towels than we could use in a week

Fantastic!

We were in the area to enjoy spring break and an extended family wedding. The location was fantastic for us (adults and kids from 9-14)! It was out of the hussle of the main area, but completely walkable to everything we wanted and needed to do. The house is a fantastic layout with lots of space. There really isn't anything more we could have asked for.Our one comment: some of the bedding/pillows could use a refresh, but everything was fine enough and we managed.

Great location, quiet but close to the fun

Clean place, lots of supplies and room to enjoy. One side of place is quite intercostal. Saw dolphins in early evenings. Other side is a short walk to all the Clearwater action. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make it better is if the bonus room had a bathroom, not a big deal though. Pool looked nice, but our visit did not have the time to use it.

We loved this townhouse! First off end unit so tons of natural light coming in! Pool was very warm, kids were in it every day! Great location, walking distance to the market, surf shops, beach and TONS of restaurants! Short drive to Tampa Airport. Would totally stay here again!

This condo was clean, stocked as listed, great location, and perfect for a family vacation with our 3 adult children and their significant others. The property manager and owner were very quick to respond to the small issues we had (electrical outlet needed to be repaired, hot tub reset, light bulbs & batteries replaced). Only disappointment was the heater for the shared pool was still waiting to be replaced so the water was too cold to use the pool. We would definitely recommend.to others.

The property was beautiful and spacious, we had a large group and nobody was on top of each other. The pool was wonderful and there were plenty of beach items we were able to use. The location to the beach was a little farther than I had pictured from the description. It was within walking distance but definitely easier to drive with beach items.

Excellent stay

We had a family of 7 stay and enjoyed everything about this unit. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and have some privacy yet also be together as a family. The bay views and pool added so much bonus, as well as the ability to walk everywhere…for food, to enjoy the sights, even to play miniature golf (right across the street). Beaches are close (busy or quiet-your choice) and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from. It is situated between the quieter and busier sections, depending which you prefer. The unit was comfortable and clean and stocked with the necessities to get you started. Any questions were answered immediately and a brief issue with the a/c was fixed promptly. We even saw dolphins in the bay and at the beach 3 different times! Would stay again!

Great place!!

We loved this place! It’s in a great location. Not right on the beach but that was great for us because the beach area is too busy for our liking. A short walk to the main beach or a very short drive in the golf cart or car to a more private beach. Great communication with the host. We didn’t have any problem but she answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
