Tides & Vibes is a beautifully renovated (2025) three-bedroom, three-bath condo sitting directly on the Gulf in Indian Shores — not "beachfront across the road," but truly oceanfront, with a private building path that winds through a trail of sea grapes straight to the sand.
WHAT MAKES TIDES & VIBES SPECIAL
- A true oceanfront setting with a private building path through the sea grapes to the sand
- A big Gulf-front balcony made for golden hour — comfy seating and a hammock you can actually sleep in
- Free paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes, plus a ground-floor beach closet with chairs and life jackets
- A community grill and an oceanfront firepit for s'mores after sunset
- A dedicated barista-level coffee bar
- Roku Smart TVs in every room (log into your own streaming accounts), a Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed WiFi
- Three bedrooms and three baths — sleeps 12, with an upstairs bunk room built for the kids
- A covered parking spot and EV charging in the building
- Stocked down to the Ziploc bags, spotless, and pet-friendly
THE BALCONY
The balcony is the heart of it. Step off the main living area onto a big Gulf-front balcony made for golden hour — comfy seating, a hammock you can actually sleep in, and the sound of the waves and the Australian pines to drift off to. This is where your trip slows down.
THE LIVING AND KITCHEN
Inside, it's bright, coastal, and effortless — the open living, dining, and kitchen look straight out over the water. The kitchen is fully stocked, down to the Ziploc bags, with a dishwasher and everything you need to actually cook, not just reheat, plus a dedicated barista-level coffee bar. Roku Smart TVs let you sign into your own streaming accounts, a Bluetooth speaker sets the mood, and high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP — 3 bedrooms, sleeps 12
- Primary Suite (main) — king, with a luxury spa-like en-suite bath
- King Bedroom (main) — king, attached bath (also reachable from the hall)
- Upstairs Bunk Room — two queens plus four twins, with its own bath — built for kids, cousins, or a whole crew
Every bed is dressed in luxury linens with bedside charging, and the baths are stocked with Ginger Lily Farms organic soaps.
FOR FAMILIES
The condo is stocked down to the Ziploc bags, with a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, board games, and beach towels on hand, and a ground-floor beach closet holds chairs, life jackets, and two bikes. Free paddleboards and kayaks, a community grill, and an oceanfront firepit for s'mores mean the kids are busy from sunrise to after dark — and the private sea-grape path puts the sand just steps away.
WHO IT'S BEST FOR
- Multi-generational beach families — grandparents in the primary suite, parents in the king room, kids upstairs in the bunks; room to sleep twelve under one roof
- Couples chasing the sunset — coffee on the balcony at sunrise, a hammock and a glass of wine as the sky goes gold
- Dog owners — one of the only true oceanfront condos on this stretch that welcomes your pups (up to two under 50 lbs)
- Friend groups — free kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes, a stocked kitchen, and a grill for a salty long weekend
- Snowbirds and longer stays — spotless and fully equipped for a week or a month
THE AREA
Indian Shores is the quiet sweet spot of Florida's Gulf beaches — a calm, residential stretch of sugar sand between the buzz of Clearwater and the charm of St. Pete, with local seafood, ice cream, and the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary all close by. John's Pass Village is a short drive south for waterfront dining and dolphin cruises, Clearwater Beach is about 20 minutes north, and a Publix and everyday essentials are just minutes away.
GETTING AROUND
A car is easiest, and the covered parking spot comes with the unit — but you barely need it, because the beach is a short walk down the building's private sea-grape path. Uber and Lyft run reliably up and down Gulf Blvd, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs the beach communities if you'd rather leave the car parked. St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) is about 25–30 minutes and Tampa International (TPA) about 40 minutes.
PARKING
One dedicated, covered spot under the building marked #7, plus several first-come guest spaces for extra vehicles. EV charging is available in the building, and the covered garage keeps your car out of the Florida sun, steps from the path to the beach.
ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self check-in via a Schlage smart lock — your personal door code arrives with your arrival instructions about 24 hours before you get here. One gentle heads-up so there are no surprises: the condo is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so it's worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; it's a shared building, so please be mindful of the other guests, especially the unit directly below you. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. Small daytime gatherings are fine as long as you never exceed the home's maximum of 12 guests, which is strictly enforced — but no parties or events, ever. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are warmly welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog; per county ordinance, dogs aren't allowed on the beach. For your privacy and security there's a single exterior camera at the entry — never inside or on the balconies. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for one-night stays.
We're looking forward to hosting you. — Max, Happy Place Stays
