Beautiful, spacious Condo with Spectacular Beach to Bay Views

The Westwinds Resort condominiums are conveniently located between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, sitting directly on Boca Ciega Bay....surrounded by restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and entertainment. The beautiful open, updated kitchen design is unique to the Westwinds and the only one of its kind in this cozy 36 unit complex. The breathtaking wide open views of the Bay are enhanced by this 3rd Floor unit and are easily enjoyed from the spacious Living Room and the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
This nearly 800 sq. ft. unit has a large master bedroom with king size bed and new mattress and box spring as well as a new ceiling fan. A sparkling bathroom with shower/ tub is adjacent to the bedroom. The living room also offers a queen size sofa sleeper, brand new kitchen table with 4 chairs and new ceiling fan. Updated LED lighting has been installed throughout this unit.
The beautiful Gulf Of Mexico beaches are just steps away from the front of the condo. You can take the elevator down to the bayfront outdoor living space which includes an oversized heated pool, lounge area with chairs and umbrellas, and barbeque area with 2 gas grills. 3 docks offer more space to dolphin watch or throw a line in the water. Boat rentals, parasailing, and jet skis are just minutes away. You can even ski on the waterway if you are so inclined.

This condo is absolutely amazing! Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and a beautiful view of the waterway. It had EVERYTHING you would want or need. Laundry just outside the room. Numerous dolphin sightings, great location (4 doors away from Publix), and easy parking. The pool alone made this one of my favorite places: heated to mid-80s every day. Communication with the owner was excellent!! Not one complaint!!! Will go again.....

Wonderful condo in a great location

This condo was a great place to stay. We could literally walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. We walked to eat out and grab supplies at the local Publix. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and furnished. We had everything we needed. There was a picture perfect view from the family room window. We enjoyed the heated pool even on a cooler day. Communication was perfect and the cleanliness of the condo was amazing.

we were worried that the place would not be good after hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised it was just as nice as last year the area is really coming back . You get the best of both worlds beautiful sunrises out the window and sunsets at the beach just across the street . Grocery store is a short walk

Wonderfully presented condo with some of the most breathtaking views across the inter coastal water ways . It's had absolutely everything you could possibly need and a whole load of stuff you didn't think about needing. Lovely clean , fresh and with stylish stainless steel appliances, we would definitely go back . If I'm honest the online pictures don't do it justice.

Perfect place for a retreat

I stayed a week for my annual business refresh and planning retreat (solo) and this beautiful and clean condo was the perfect spot for it. While I worked I had a fantastic view of the intercoastal, with plenty of wildlife (love the pelicans the best!). But when it's time to go out and enjoy the Beach, it's literally right across the street. All this plus the fact that Publix is 1/2 block away (I like to cook my own meals), it checked all the boxes for me. I have already booked for next year!

EXCELLENT!

What a wonderful condo! Our family of four stayed more than comfortably here and truly enjoyed our vacation. The condo had everything we wanted and needed. If we were ever needing something, we found it - extra sunscreen, kids cups and plates, everything needed to make the beach fun and easy! The condo has a beautiful view and overlooks the pool - which was perfect for us so our daughter could hang in the condo and still get our attention from the window while we were poolside if needed. The condo is within walking distance to everything you need - Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and bars, the beach, etc. Steve and Karen were incredible hosts - excellent communication and even left us a basket of little toys, treats, and goodies. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This condo was immaculate and fully furnished! We could have arrived with our toothbrushes, flip flops and swimwear and been complete. Beautiful view and comfortable outdoor seating area. Steve and Karen could not have been any better hosts than they were. Seriously, one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great stay in Treasure Island!

This was a great experience for our family. Steve had great communication with us before and throughout our stay. Their place is in a great location with awesome views of the bay and right across the street from the beach. There was a cross walk right outside the building making it easy for our family to cross the street to the beach. It’s also right down the street from a Publix grocery store as well as several restaurants. The beach was never crowded and they also have everything you need for your stay (umbrellas, chairs and a cart). We also had access to the on-site laundry facilities which was great. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing view and perfect location

This is the perfect place for a nice beach getaway. The condo is exceptionally clean and Steve was excellent with communication. The view is magnificent and the condo had every amenity. All you have to do is bring your clothes. They had everything else. Steps from the beach and a perfect view of inter coastal! My son really enjoyed the pool as well! Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

The pictures of the condo are exactly what you get when you walk in. very pretty view. Three fishing docks off the back and short walk to the beach. The owner has thought of most everything. The only thing I saw missing that we could have used was a muffin tin. You have everything you need for the beach. The owner was great about communication. Easiest process ever. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Picture windows from the condo look out onto the bay/pool area and Steve & Karen have stocked the place with everything needed for a beach getaway: beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. They've thought of everything! Even a cute welcome basket with snacks and wine (with noisemakers to ring in the New Year), greeted us! Great stay.
