This is a very cute and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is available at popular Beach Place Condos. This 1,360 square foot home sleeps up to eight and is near all the top amenities! Perfect family designed retreat is ready for your vacation to begin. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Step inside this bright, open floor plan and discover an updated kitchen with newer appliances and granite countertops. With all the utilities provided, and lots of space, cooking on your vacation has never been easier. The living area contains a dining table for up to six people, as well as comfortable furniture and large screen television. The outside balcony offers a nice view of popular John's Pass Village, which is conveniently located across the street.

All bedrooms in this unit provide wonderful accommodations, televisions and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The master bedroom and second guest room both have 2 queen beds, while the third contains 1 queen bed. The bathrooms, like every SunHost property are spotless and meticulously prepared for your visit. Linens for all beds, extra pillows, and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. This unit offers free WIFI, washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spots. Please note, there is no visitor parking. This is a non smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

The location, can't be beat. Here you are near it all, including the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and popular John's Village Pass, a hit with young and old alike. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Amazing location! Easy walk to the boardwalk for dinner, shopping and activities. Not to mention the onsite pool and beach front access.You will hear traffic and the draw bridge noises but you get use to it quick. Beautiful view from the balcony. We did not want to leave.

We found the location fantastic. There was plenty of great restaurants and things for our group of ages 17 and up. No fault of the condo but we did have people above us making a lot of noise. I don't know if they were remodeling or what but 1am. is too late.

Nice family vacation

Location across from John's Pass was great. Condo was nice, but the beds could be improved. Master bathroom needs to have the shower fixed (it's a handicap shower which is fine, but water leaks out on to the floor). Overall, we had a fun time here.

Beach getaway

There's no better place to vacation than John's Pass. Everything you need is right there. The condo suited our needs however we had to give up the good beds to the kids and the double bed had a less desirable mattress and no ensuite. The condo came well equipped with essentials. Could use some more chairs for the patio and beach towels, but it didn't lessen our enjoyment of the property. Thanks very much for our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Very disappointed the pics are misleading

We decided to try a different property this year for our family vacation. The pics online made it look amazing and we were excited to stay. Upon walking into the condo that excitement died. It was NOT the place we thought we were getting. The floors were disgusting dirty. Left our feet BLACK within minutes of taking off our shoes. The bathrooms were NOT cleaned. The shower and tub had black debris along the bottom. The wall in the 2nd bathroom with the shower was gouged and had drywall exposed. We immediately went to the store and bought cleaning supplies as none were provided. After moving the rug in the living room so we could properly vacuum and mop the floors we saw what the floors looked like when they were installed. Pure white grout. The rest of the grout was black! The beds were old and hard as a rock. And made the loudest noise when you tried to roll over. The pipes make loud noises when you shower. We made the best of it as we couldn't hop into another one with our small children. It would have been a good place to stay if the owners actually took care of the property. Our grandparents stayed in the other beach place building and their condo was spectacular! Newer furniture, very clean and well kept. The owners of that condo should be proud. We spent most of our time over there. Next year I will do more research before booking just based off pictures alone.

The condo is cute and was a nice size for what we needed. The issue we experienced was due to the red tide the parking lot right next door is where they where dumping the dead fish. The smell was just dreadful you couldn’t sit by the pool in the morning a couple days.

Great kitchen/living room. Bedrooms need TLC

We had a great stay! The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable. Both rooms seemed to have been recently updated. The bedrooms were in need of a little TLC but they were still nice (hence 4 stars instead of 5). The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint and some decorations but we would definelty stay again! The building location was perfect, easy to get in/out, close to shops and bars. The pool and beach access were nice as well. Highly recommend!
