Surf Song #347 - Great opportunity to rent a beach view property in popular Surf Song Resort in Madeira Beach! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo provides views, prime location, and everything you need to enjoy your stay at this sought after vacation resort. Free Wifi Please note this unit does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Upon entering, you will notice a spacious living area, with leather furnishings, television and access to the balcony overlooking beach. The kitchen includes granite countertops, nice appliances, and is stocked with utensils for your cooking needs. A dining table that seats up to six is the perfect place to play games, enjoy a nice dinner or relax after a day at the beach. The peaceful master bedroom offers a king sized bed, attached bathroom and television, offering privacy. This is a highly popular rental for couples due to its nice layout, and desirable location at Surf Song Resort. The heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities are all within walking distance as well. Linen for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are always provided.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Just a short walk away is popular John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Great stay, couple things; a roll of paper towels for kitchen would be nice, fan in bathroom is very loud and shower is draining slowly.

Good location

This is a great location near Johns Pass. Convenient parking, access to the beach, & nice pool. However, the bed was terrible. I don’t know if we would stay again due to this.

Don’t recommend

The plus sides to this property is that John’s pass is across the street. It’s close to the beach with covered parking under the building and the elevators don’t take long to access and get up and down. The furniture is dated but it wasn’t horrible. We didn’t use the appliances other than the fridge and it was clean and cold. It also has an ice maker which was helpful. The not so good parts are most definitely the bed! We hurt the whole time by sleeping on this. It felt like we were literally sleeping on a box spring! They don’t give you many wash rags so I’m thankful we brought more for our week stay. You can’t turn the ac below 72 which we didn’t and the ac stopped working and we burnt up our last night. It didn’t remain cool in the unit the whole week and after all day in the sun you want to be cool. We don’t recommend…

Enjoyed the property and view, cleanliness was not the best.

The property matched the description perfectly. The unit worked very well for our needs. Location great, view awesome. The bathroom needs a good cleaning, dust inch thick on lighting fixtures, mold in the shower door, drawers dirty. Other than that great!

Couldn’t ask for more

Excellent place to call home for a few days. Very clean and great location. Enjoyed the balcony while having our morning coffee and early evenings we had awesome music from a local bar to enjoy while sitting outside. We can’t wait for our next little get away...we will be back.

Condo was clean,well stocked and very spacious. The location is prime, right across from John's pass,right on the beach and a great ocean view from balcony .The staff was friendly and helpful .It was a pleasant stay even with the experience of hurricane ETA.We will definitely be returning.

This is an older property that is under renovation to make it more modern. They are doing a good job with the renovations. The necessities and the amenities provided were all that we needed. There is no pomp to this rental and that it is just what you need if you just want to come to the beach and relax. The price is great. The only concern we had was the water heater kept slipping the reset button and we had to keep flipping it to keep the water warm. This unit is inside a closed building with door key a metal key to lock the door as you come and go. They were very accommodating to ask as we left on a holiday the office was closed but we were able to return our key the afternoon before and keep one for check out. There is vending located down the elevator into the alleyway that leads straight to the beach. This resort is located directly on the beach. We were able to see dolphins from our room daily and eat breakfast on our balcony with an ocean view. We definitely recommend going to waltz seafood restaurant it is on John's pass it is the very last fish place OK it on the lower level of the boardwalk the very end facing the water. The food was incredible and worth the expensive price.
